Every day we give our best when repairing hydraulic systems from well-known manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Sauer Danfoss, Poclain, HPI, Parker, Staffa and SAI. To ensure that the hydraulic units can also deliver top performance again in the future, we rely on original spare parts and the high-quality components from GRANIT PARTS and the premium brand HYPEX. At Jetschke, you receive service in its entirety: From advice over the phone to the repair of the parts you send in to repairs directly at your site.

 

Our workshop in Hamburg is equipped with the latest technology, such as our lapping machine, with which we can lap individual parts. This technique not only saves us time, but also costs, as we can save you the costly and time-consuming procurement of spare parts, such as cylinder block and swivel cradle. We are also happy to take care of the post-processing, which is useful in most cases.

 

After each repair, we carry out all the necessary adjustments and tests of your hydraulic unit on our computer-controlled hydraulic test bench. So you can always be sure that your hydraulic systems will run safely and smoothly again after successful repair. Our hydraulic test bench can run variable displacement, variable speed and constant displacement motors and –pumps with a displacement of up to about 340 ccm/rev and 160 kW power. On request, we can supply you with a test report containing all the important data of the tested unit.

 

In the event that repair is not possible, we also offer replacement units at short notice.
