Floor coverings

Non-slip rubber floor coverings are required for transporting horses in the appropriate vehicles. This allows the horses to stand more securely and minimises the risk of injury. Rubber mats have a soundproofing effect, meaning that clattering hooves won’t be heard by while driving.
Rubber floor coverings for horse trailers/trucks should always be bonded over the entire surface and sealed at the joints with adhesive and sealant (do not use silicone).
